Coach OS Hockey is a hockey coaching and team-management application that helps coaches manage teams, rosters, practices, drills, attendance, player development, assessments, and team communication.

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when creating and using your account, including:

• Your user/account identifier
• Messages or communications you create within the app, such as AI-drafted parent updates
• User-generated coaching content, such as team names, age groups, player/roster information, practice plans, drills, attendance records, player ratings, skill assessments, notes, and other coaching-related data
• Optional integration data, such as a Crossbar calendar URL if you choose to import a team schedule

Coach OS does not collect health information, precise location, financial or payment information, phone contacts, uploaded photos, audio recordings, or advertising identifiers.

We use the information we collect to operate Coach OS and provide its features, including to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Provide Coach OS functionality
• Manage teams and rosters
• Create practices, drills, and coaching plans
• Track attendance and player development
• Provide assessments and coaching tools

Coach OS does not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.

Information may be processed and stored using trusted third-party infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate Coach OS, such as our cloud database and authentication services. These providers process information on our behalf solely to provide application functionality, security, and reliability.

Coach OS accounts are intended for coaches, team staff, and other authorized adult users. Adult users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization to enter information about youth players, and should only enter information that is reasonably necessary for coaching and team management.

Coach OS does not knowingly solicit children to independently create accounts or submit personal information where parental consent would legally be required.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Coach OS, support your teams, and meet legitimate operational or legal requirements.
